We will guide you through this gastronomical journey, under the sign of the typical flavours and tastes that characterize the Sarcidano and the Barbagia of Seulo.
You will taste the products of our land and you will have the opportunity to know the places where these products are made, places in which tastes have always kept their quality and genuineness.
You will recognise these qualities in the baking of many different kinds of bread and in the preparation of cheeses; you will sense them in the strong taste of the fine extra virgin olive oil and of the wines, and in the tasty meats from free-range herds; they will astonish you in the countless shapes and simple pleasures of the sweets. And, finally, you will discover our fresh pasta: spizzulus, malloreddus, culurgionis, maccarronis de busa.
But tasting is not enough: you can watch and learn. We invite you to cook with us, to take part in the preparation of cheese and to meet our producers.
The Consortium was established with the aim of promoting the territory and the companies of Sarcidano and Barbagia of Seulo, and of programming actions for the integrated development of tourism industry.
